Epic Research Analyst Associate

Position Overview

The Epic Research Analyst Associate will serve as the primary analyst for the Epic Research module and related systems interfacing with Epic. Candidates should possess a comprehensive understanding of current technologies, tools, and established designs.

This is a full-time, salaried position based in Hicksville, Long Island. The initial training period requires onsite attendance for the first 90 days, with a hybrid work model allowing for 2 remote days thereafter.

Key Responsibilities :

• Offer expert guidance and innovative solutions concerning system options during all phases of project development.
• Collaborate with client management, clinical end users, operations, and leadership to accurately define and understand complex business needs and workflows within the EHR as they pertain to Research.
• Conduct thorough research and evaluate alternative solutions, recommending the most efficient and cost-effective systems design.
• Perform in-depth analysis and system design, including coding of new or modified programs, utilizing existing code, and integrating purchased solutions as needed.
• Document, test, implement, and provide ongoing support for applications to ensure efficiency.
• Provide advanced consulting and leadership in adopting new information technologies, aligning them with the strategic objectives of the functional business units.
• Act as a technical resource for development staff throughout the entire development and implementation process.
• Execute additional duties as assigned or required.
