Join Our Brand-New Dental Office as a Treatment Coordinator!

We're opening the doors to a modern, patient-focused dental practice in Southwest Las Vegas and are looking for a friendly, organized, and driven Treatment Coordinator to join our founding team at 5812 S. Durango Dr.

As a key front-office team member, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our patients-guiding them through their treatment plans, financial options, and building trust every step of the way.

Responsibilities :

  • Clearly explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial options to patients
  • Coordinate appointments and follow-up care
  • Verify insurance benefits and help patients understand their coverage
  • Manage patient records and ensure accuracy
  • Work closely with the dentist and clinical team to support case acceptance
  • Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every patient

    • Qualifications :

  • Experience in a dental or healthcare front office role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of dental terminology and treatment planning
  • Familiarity with dental insurance and billing
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with dental practice software (training available)
  • A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
