Responsibilities

Located in downtown Fresno Community Regional is home to the Central Valleys only Level I Trauma Center and one of Californias most advanced cardiac programs caring for a broad range of high-acuity and complex cardiac patients. As an RN Navigator for Cardiac Services youll serve as a consistent point of connection for patients and families helping them understand their care plan and move confidently through the cardiac continuum while partnering closely with multidisciplinary teams across the hospit al.

This is an opportunity to support patients across one of the regions most advanced cardiac care programs while helping strengthen the impact and cohesion of our cardiac services across the health system.
