Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients from intake through completion of care
- Schedule and manage patient appointments across clinic, surgery, and physical therapy departments
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
- Communicate with attorneys and other healthcare providers regarding patient cases
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the patients record
- Track case progress and ensure all necessary follow-ups are completed
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage cases efficiently
- Proficiency with medical office software and electronic health records
