Position : Member Debt Representative – Collections
Location : FULLY REMOTE ANYWHERE IN THE CONTINENTAL US
Openings : 20
Start Date : 11 / 17
Duration : 12 Months
Working Hours : must be able to work shifts within 7AM-7PM in CST
PR : $16 to $19 an hour based on YOE
Must Haves :
- 3+ years of experience in collections
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable in a heavy phone support role
- Proficiency with computer applications in a Windows environment; ability to learn new systems quickly
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, particularly in sensitive or challenging situations.
- High School Diploma or GED
PLUSSES :
Experience with auto-dial systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
