About the Role :

The Maintenance Supervisor at Cadence at Bluff Park, AL53, plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of residential properties within our real estate portfolio. This position is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, coordinating with vendors, and leading a team of maintenance technicians to deliver timely and high-quality service. The supervisor will implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of property assets. They will also ensure compliance with safety regulations and property standards, enhancing resident satisfaction and retention. Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance roles within real estate, property management, or a related industry.
• Proven experience supervising maintenance teams and managing daily operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple property sites as needed.
