Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Morrisville, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payments for vendors and employees. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Process a high volume of invoices daily with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle regular check runs to ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Manage and monitor the company's credit card program, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Perform monthly reconciliations to balance trust funds and ensure financial accuracy.
• Update and maintain company files and records as needed to support operational needs.
• Collaborate with employees across various locations to address and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Utilize Tyler Technologies Munis for accounts payable tasks and system updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all accounts payable processes.
• Assist with coding invoices and account coding to ensure proper documentation.
• Process Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions in accordance with established guidelines.
