Overview Contract to Perm

Plan and handle production logistics (locations, crew, gear, travel, releases)

Secure access, permits, and problem-solve on the fly to keep shoots moving

Coordinate props, wardrobe, and small set builds for short-form concepts

Book and manage travel and transportation when required; handle last-minute changes

Track budgets, deadlines, and checklists; communicate status, risks, and needs to leadership in real time

Build and maintain strong relationships with crew, talent, and vendors
