The Springs of Park Avenue is seeking a caring and skilled Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our exceptional rehab team. In this impactful role, you’ll help residents regain the skills they need to safely and independently engage in daily living—enhancing their confidence, comfort, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do :

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver hands-on therapy to improve self-care, safety, and functional mobility

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic, person-centered care

Track progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes

Provide education on adaptive techniques and assistive equipment to residents and caregivers

What You Bring :

Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Arkansas

Strong clinical reasoning with a commitment to evidence-based practice

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Passion for working with seniors and improving their daily quality of life
