Position Overview

Virtas Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Associate / Manager to join our Office of the CFO (OCFO) practice. This individual will work closely with senior executives and finance teams to support mission-critical initiatives such as financial planning and analysis (FP&A), controllership, finance operations, post-transaction integration, and finance transformation.

Ideal candidates will bring a blend of consulting and in-house finance or accounting leadership experience, a strong command of financial reporting and planning processes, and a passion for helping companies scale and improve their finance functions during periods of growth, change, or disruption.
