Job descriptionAug 4, 2025 - On going Additional dates TBD based on 13-week assignment and scheduling Patient Demographics : Neonates, Pediatrics Patient Volume / Census : TBD Admissions : Yes Rounding : Included Phone Consults : Yes Case Mix : Pediatric inpatients, newborns, deliveries EMR System : Athena Reason for Coverage : Supplemental Coverage Hospital Privileges Required : Yes Temporary Privileges Available : Yes Credentialing Timeline : 60 days Rate : TBD Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance : Covered Newborn care Pediatric consultations and rounding Circumcisions (potentially; subject to confirmation) Licenses : Must hold active WV medical license (no willingness to license) Board : Pediatric Board Certification preferred DEA BLS, ACLS, PALS (Preferred) Other Qualifications : Teaching hospital experience preferred Provide 24-hour hospital call coverage for pediatric and newborn patients Attend deliveries and manage inpatient pediatric care Conduct consultations and daily rounds Coordinate with nursing and specialty teams as needed Perform circumcisions (if required / credentialed)
