Mandolin, a well-established contemporary Southern restaurant known for its fresh, seasonal, and made-from-scratch cuisine, is looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Fine Dining Restaurant Host to join our team.
As a host at Mandolin, you will have the opportunity to work in a loving and dynamic environment, welcoming guests with warmth and ensuring they have a delightful dining experience.
Responsibilities :
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide guests with menus
- Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure smooth guest service
Requirements :
- Previous experience in a fine dining or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Previous Open Table Experience preferred but not required
