Key Responsibilities :

• Pick up mail from box- daily
• Scan notices from mail into Notice Ninja
• Send child support notices from mail to CSR
• Route any other mail to appropriate individuals
• Track packages for weekly payments and QTR mailings
• Enter proof of receipt into Notice Ninja
• Go to post office to submit outgoing mail- 2 times a week
• Quarterlies to enter info into quarterly tracker
• File paperwork for quarterlies and weekly payments
• Gather rejected 8655 from emails
• Determine what CSR has rejected client
• Office supplies and stock ordering for the tax department
• Preparation of zero tax coupons

Qualifications :

CP Payroll believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of this role's hourly hiring range is $23-24 / hr. The actual hourly rate will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s education, training, experience, location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, all CP Payroll team members receive equity and participate in either an annual bonus plan, based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
