Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:
We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a full-time position in Pompano Beach, FL. This is a great long-term opportunity with the potential for conversion to a permanent role. We’re looking for dependable, professional candidates with strong communication and computer skills.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Full-time, on-site position

Compensation:

• $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information and high-quality customer support.
• Perform data entry and maintain records with a high level of accuracy.
• Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management.
• Use Microsoft Office and Outlook to manage communications and documentation.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Clear and strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Reliable and dependable work ethic.
• Must have a clear background (background check required).
• Must pass an assessment test evaluating:
• Typing speed and accuracy
• Data entry skills
• Microsoft Office and Outlook proficiency
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
