Responsibilities :

Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using evidence-based practices. Collaborate with healthcare teams, ensuring the delivery of safe and therapeutic care. Anticipate patient needs and changes in status, adjusting care plans accordingly. Emphasize patient safety by recognizing and addressing risks effectively.

Licenses & Certifications : Active RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Degrees : Completion of an accredited nursing program necessary.

Required Functional Experience : Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Skills Required : Strong communication, organization, and decision-making abilities. Proficient in electronic medical records, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
