Our flagship platform, Foreman , powers some of the largest Bitcoin mining operations in the world—helping them optimize energy use, maximize uptime, and respond to real-time grid signals. We’re scaling fast and expanding into new products and markets, and we’re looking for a sharp, systems-minded Director of Engineering to lead our growing technical team.

Our flagship platform, Foreman , powers some of the largest Bitcoin mining operations in the world—helping them optimize energy use, maximize uptime, and respond to real-time grid signals. We’re scaling fast and expanding into new products and markets, and we’re looking for a sharp, systems-minded Director of Engineering to lead our growing technical team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 11+ engineers (and growing)
• Own engineering execution across our platform—from data pipelines to customer-facing features
• Set technical direction and define scalable architecture for real-time, hardware-integrated systems
• Partner with Product and Design to scope features and ship fast
• Create and champion engineering standards (CI / CD, testing, documentation, deployment)
• Monitor performance and reliability KPIs (uptime, latency, system health)
• Hire, onboard, and develop top-tier technical talent
• Collaborate across teams to continuously improve processes, systems, and delivery
