Main responsibilities include championing company and division customer service programs, handling customer relations, providing fast, friendly, and excellent customer services, directing and supervising front end activities, and ensuring cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the front end physical area. Additionally, you will handle and be accountable for cash flow and controls, assist with interviewing and hiring, and enforce dress and grooming standards for all employees.

We are looking for candidates who possess strong communication, leadership, team building, and interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain composure under pressure, and the ability to deal with the public and project a positive image. You should also be able to lift and maneuver objects, stand or walk for long periods, operate and troubleshoot PCs and check stand equipment, and have knowledge of interviewing techniques, basic employment law, computer software, and analytical ability to handle administrative details.

Other necessary and required duties include performing all job duties and responsibilities safely, accurately, and with honesty and integrity, presenting a positive image to the public, and being aware of potential hazards with respect to equipment and work aids necessary to perform job duties.
