Role : Data Center Sales Specialist – HVAC / Hydronics

Location : Remote

Pay Rate Range : Up to $50,000 - $100,000 base salary + commission

Overview :

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Data Center Sales Specialist to spearhead our growth in the mission-critical cooling market. This role is focused on new business development , targeting enterprise data centers, hyperscale operators, and colocation providers who need advanced HVAC and hydronic cooling solutions . You’ll be responsible for opening new doors, building executive relationships, and positioning our company as the go-to partner for efficient, sustainable cooling infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prospect, identify, and engage new data center customers and strategic partners.
• Develop go-to-market strategies to expand our footprint in the mission-critical cooling space.
• Drive the full sales cycle — from cold outreach and networking to contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Deliver compelling presentations that highlight ROI, performance, and sustainability advantages of our HVAC / hydronic solutions.
• Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and accurately forecast revenue.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to design solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintain competitive intelligence on market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to generate leads and build brand presence.
