As a Civil Engineering Intern you'll be involved in meaningful project work, gaining hands-on experience in transportation, water / wastewater, and site development projects. This opportunity will be based at our Minneapolis, MN office during the Summer of 2026, where you will be working alongside experienced professionals who are excited to help you grow!

Primary Responsibilities :

• Perform routine civil engineering support tasks under the direction of an engineer
• Assist with transportation design, storm water modeling, CAD drafting, quantity take-offs, plan / permit preparation, report writing and research
• Perform construction observation for municipal and transportation projects
• Conduct construction measurements and documentation, quantity reporting, plan and specification review, and contractor / client coordination

$22 - $25 an hour

The base compensation listed for this job posting reflects a general range for the posted position. Base compensation will vary based on factors such as : years of experience, location, level of responsibility and licenses / certifications. In addition to base compensation, Foth members may be eligible to receive bonuses through our Earned Performance Incentive program. All employees are eligible for On-the-Spot bonuses. Exempt members are also eligible for either quarterly and / or annual bonuses.
