Job description

Opportunity :

Join an existing group of an MD Team of Anesthesiologists and CRNAs

Mercyhealth Javon Bea Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center

Position is a full-time, hospital-employed opportunity

Procedures include cardiac, trauma, neurosurgery, thoracic and vascular, obstetrics

and gynecology, general surgery, plastic surgery, orthopedics, gastroenterology, oncology, ophthalmology and urology

Excellent technology and facilities

Friendly, collegial, and stable environment - willing to train a new anesthesiologist

Compensation & Benefits Package

  • Base Salary : $550000, with potential to exceed based on performance
  • Generous Incentives :
  • Negotiable sign-on bonus
  • Relocation assistance up to $10,000
  • Loan repayment options
  • Loan forgiveness through Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) for those serving in an underserved area
  • CME Benefits : $3,000 CME allowance, paid time off for CME and vacation
