Key Responsibilities :

Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and gracefully to maintain seamless service.

Refill water, assist with beverage runs, and support servers as needed.

Restock service stations and polish glassware, silverware, and serving equipment.

Work closely with servers, captains, and management to ensure optimal flow in the dining room.

Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for shifts and events.

Keep dining areas spotless, organized, and guest-ready at all times.

Uphold Yamashiro Miami’s elevated standards, including etiquette, presentation, and luxury service.

Requirements :

Experience : 1+ year in restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.

Knowledge : Familiarity with Japanese cuisine or fine dining service is a plus.

Skills :

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and move quickly.

Polished appearance and attention to detail.

Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling is preferred.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
