Are you a hands-on accounting pro who can run the show in a small, fast-moving construction business? We're a growing subcontractor working with repeat industrial clients across the region and we're hiring a Controller to take charge of our financial operations and help build the systems we need for our next phase of growth.

What You'll Do

• Oversee Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Manage cash flow and bank activity
• Own the month-end close process and financial reporting
• Coordinate payroll (processed externally via accountant)
• Handle COIs, lien releases, and compliance
• Lead development of budgets and forecasting
• Process daily invoices ranging from small jobs to six-figure projects
• Support 2030 active short-term jobs at a time
• Use QuickBooks Online + Fleet Cost & Care for accounting and billing
