We are looking to add a Directors Of Hospital Sales to the ImageFIRST organization in McAllen, Tx.

The Director Of Hospital Sales will originate new business by calling on hospital C-suite Executives, GPOs, and Department Heads and building relationships and closing business. The successful candidate will have strong solution sales and negotiating skills, high energy, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Sales professionals with recent cold-calling experience and willingness to call and visit customers on a daily basis are likely to be successful.

Responsibilities :

Partner with hospitals and health systems to increase compassion for patients through innovative and cost-effective products and services to improve patient experience, perception, and employee engagement, as an individual contributor in Sales.

• Achieve regional sales and operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends; determine regional sales system improvements and implement changes
• Grow a sales pipeline to meet quarterly targets as directed
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
• Establish common ground and focus on win-win outcomes while gaining concessions and protecting organizational interests
• Build and maintain relationships with VP level and above
