What You’ll Do as General Manager

As the studio’s leader, you’ll own both the business and the culture — guiding your team, delivering results, and ensuring every client experience reflects our commitment to wellness excellence.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Lead & Inspire : Manage day-to-day operations while motivating and coaching your team of Flexologists and Sales Associates
• Drive Membership Growth : Build local partnerships, host events, and implement community outreach to increase brand visibility and membership sales
• Deliver an Exceptional Experience : Create a welcoming environment where every client feels supported and valued
• Oversee Operations : Manage budgets, schedules, inventory, and facility upkeep to ensure smooth daily operations
• Recruit & Develop Talent : Hire, train, and develop team members who embody StretchLab’s mission and values
• Analyze & Optimize Performance : Track key metrics, identify opportunities, and execute strategies to drive consistent growth
