Our Regional Partnership Program (RPP) works in close collaboration with the Vermont Department for Children and Families (DCF) to support families impacted by parental substance use. We are currently seeking a Case Manager to provide additional support to RPP Case Managers Statewide. This unique and dynamic role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, is energized by new environments, and is passionate about making an immediate, tangible impact. This Case Manager role is designed to temporarily cover caseloads in various Vermont regions, ensuring continuity of care when staffing gaps arise and providing additional support during times of high-volume needs—while building strong partnerships with DCF offices, treatment providers, and community supports.
