Travel CT Technologist - $3,261 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty : CT Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 10 / 26 / 2025 Duration : 8 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days, evenings Employment Type : Travel Title : CT Technologist. Location : New York, NY Duration : 08 weeks Shift : 5 days / week, 08 hours / day (Shifts vary : 8 : 00–16 : 00 or 12 : 00–20 : 00, including weekends) Job Responsibilities : Perform CT procedures using appropriate kV and mA techniques to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging. Conduct daily quality control and calibration checks on all CT equipment prior to patient studies. Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients according to physician orders and established protocols. Maintain accurate departmental documentation, including logs, charge documents, and equipment reports, in compliance with regulatory standards. Perform quality control, quality assurance, and safety tests, adhering to radiation safety guidelines (ALARA principle). Retrieve, maintain, and develop patient imaging data for radiologist interpretation. Prepare patient-specific radiopharmaceutical doses, verify receipt and activity levels, and ensure compliance with internal policies. Assess and respond to patient needs throughout the imaging process to provide safe, accurate, and patient-centered care.
