Overview Join the Video Platform team to navigate the complexities of large scale distributed systems spanning multiple regions, managing vast data streams from billions of users. Work on data pipelines and analytics for Video on Demand and Live Streaming products, focusing on low latency and high-quality experiences across diverse network conditions.
This role may be part of a hybrid work schedule requiring in-office presence 3 days a week, subject to manager / department guidance. Specific requirements may change over time.
Responsibilities Take ownership of building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines and ETL processes for Video on Demand and Live Streaming products, focusing on analytics and reporting needs.
Troubleshoot, investigate, and analyze data issues, identifying root causes and ensuring data integrity in analytics solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, structure, and ensure data availability for analytics and reporting.
Design, build, and maintain reporting and dashboarding tools that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Develop and implement data models to support key business metrics and performance indicators.
Collaborate with data scientists, business teams, and engineers to ensure data integrity and efficient data flow.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver insights that guide strategic decision-making.
Monitor and optimize the performance of data pipelines and reporting solutions, identifying bottlenecks and improving system efficiency.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
2+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, BI Engineer, Data Analyst, or similar role focused on building data pipelines, analytics solutions, or BI tools.
2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data manipulation and transformation.
2+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and creating scalable, interactive dashboards.
Experience designing and optimizing ETL processes and building data models to support business metrics and KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.
Experience with large-scale data systems, particularly in video or live streaming domains, is a plus.

Job Information Compensation : The base salary range for this role is $101,080 – $168,889 annually, with potential variances by city, qualifications, and experience. Total compensation may include bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
