Location : Pomona Valley Health Center – La Verne Urgent Care | La Verne, CA
Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM | Day Shift
Assignment Duration : 13 weeks | Start Date : Oct 17, 2025
We are seeking an experienced Patient Access Representative – Referral Coordinator to join the team at Pomona Valley Health Center at La Verne Urgent Care . This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional with strong knowledge of referral coordination and insurance authorizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process patient referrals to specialists and obtain third-party authorizations.
- Communicate referral status and specialist information to patients.
- Assist with scheduling specialist appointments as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentation.
- Provide excellent patient service in a fast-paced environment.
