Locums CRNA in South Carolina- Full-Time 4x10 Schedule with Rotation

Aya Locums is seeking a skilled CRNA to provide locum services at a large medical center and ambulatory surgery centers in South Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA looking for full-time work with a structured schedule and no call requirements. Coverage is needed starting March 3, 2026, and ongoing. ONLY full-time candidates will be considered.

Job Details :

• Case Types : General, GYN, Ortho, Urology, Vascular
• Setting : Hospital Medical Center with rotation to one of three Ambulatory Surgery Centers (Lexington, Irmo, Northeast Columbia)
• Schedule : 4x10-hour shifts (8am-5pm), 40-hour work week, no call
• Rotation Requirements : Travel to one ASC up to 1-2 times per week. If cases finish early at ASC, return to main hospital to complete shift.
• Daily Volume : Approximately 150 anesthetics per day across Main OR, ASCs, IR, Cath Lab, EP, OB, MRI
• Patient Population : Ages 18 to geriatric (limited pediatrics, travelers not included in pediatric cases)
• Department : Large team of 70 CRNAs with 15 anesthesiologists working under Medical Direction Care Team model
• Support : Anesthesia techs
• EMR System : Epic (highly preferred)
• Equipment : Glidescopes, Alaris IV pumps, Draeger anesthesia machines
• Skills : No regional or block skills needed
