Job Type: Hybrid Position – 20 hours a week with 2-3 days in office required.

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and experienced Marketing and Multimedia Assistant to join our team. This part-time position offers a chance to shape our brand voice, grow our audience, and lead innovative marketing campaigns.

Job Summary:
The Marketing and Multimedia Assistant will oversee the development and execution of our marketing strategy, manage multimedia content creation, and strengthen brand engagement. This role requires a balance of creativity, strategic planning, and hands-on multimedia skills to drive growth and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Execute marketing plans that align with business goals, focusing on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and audience engagement.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of multimedia content (videos, graphics, photos, etc.) for digital and social media channels.
• Social Media Management: Plan, manage, and optimize social media content, track engagement, and develop strategies to grow our online presence.
• Campaigns & Promotions: Implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives to drive growth.
• Brand Management: Maintain brand voice and ensure consistency across all platforms and media.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and media channels.
