POSITION – Chipper / Grinder

JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 4 : 00am to 12 : 00pm

STARTING PAY – $18 to $19 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – No experience required, willing to train!

As a Chipper / Grinder , you will be responsible for chipping and grinding castings per customer and company requirements — specifically removing fins, risers, contacts, and parting lines. This position is in a hot, dusty, and physical foundry environment, so comfort with hands-on, physical work is key.

Responsibilities

Chip and grind castings per customer specifications

Inspect hooks, chains, and hoists prior to use

Complete daily preventative maintenance checklist

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Report any unsafe working conditions to the supervisor

Qualifications

Ability to work in a hot, dusty, and physical environment

Strong attention to detail and quality

Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
