Certified Pharmacy Technician Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Location : Foxborough, MA

Start Date : Immediate

RPh on the Go is currently partnering with a closed-door long-term care pharmacy in Foxborough, Massachusetts to fill an urgent need for a Certified Pharmacy Technician . This is a 13+ week contract with strong potential for permanent placement . If youre detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and are looking to step into a long-term role, this could be a great match.

Position Snapshot :

Assignment Type : Contract-to-hire (13+ weeks)

Start : As soon as possible

Environment : Closed-door LTC pharmacy

Pharmacy System : Frameworks (training offered)

Volume : Approximately 600 prescriptions filled daily

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare medications for patient delivery using unit-dose and blister pack systems

Assist with medication inventory : receiving, stocking, and verifying expiration dates

Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping for patients and prescriptions

Work efficiently as part of a high-functioning, high-volume pharmacy team

Shift Details :

Openings on both day and evening shifts

One weekend shift per month required

What Youll Need :

Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License (active and in good standing)

PTCB certification is required

Previous experience in pharmacy (retail, LTC, or institutional)

Ability to perform under pressure in a busy environment with tight deadlines

Compensation :

Hourly Pay : $21$23 per hour, depending on experience and certification level
