As the Senior Specialist Engagement and Events, you will support the Hilton Reservations and Customer Care (HRCC) engagement strategy by planning large-scale team member and leadership events, while also coordinating enterprise-wide initiatives that support culture, inclusivity, and recognition. On the Customer Excellence team reporting to the Content, Communications, and Engagement Manager, you will partner with the HRCC leadership team and internal partners to understand the needs and desires of our teams and help create experiences and programs that inspire connection, engagement, and organizational pride.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Be Like

• Strategize, plan, and implement HRCC engagement events including global leadership meetings, town halls, appreciation weeks, leader connections, and virtual team experiences.
• Develop content such as event toolkits, PowerPoint decks, interactive activities, SharePoint pages, and event communications.
• Evaluate engagement success by tracking participation, gathering feedback, and analyzing data to identify trends and improve the effectiveness.
