This is a full-time salaried role with a Monday-Friday schedule, 8-5pm EST, with a rotating late day once a week to support late staff until 7pm.

Summary :

The Clinical Intake Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the clinical intake process, ensuring that clients are appropriately screened, assessed, and transitioned into care with efficiency and compassion. This role manages a team of intake therapists, provides direct supervision, and collaborates across departments to ensure intake operations meet quality, compliance, and performance standards.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and support a team of intake therapists, ensuring high-quality clinical assessments and documentation.
• Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and mentorship to staff, ensuring best practices in client evaluation.
• Monitor performance metrics, including projected vs. scheduled, completed vs. scheduled, admitted vs. completed, and program admissions.
• Collaborate with the Central Intake team to ensure smooth handoffs and client-centered workflows.
• Partner with leadership to implement process improvements and address barriers to client access.
• Conduct regular chart reviews, QA checks, and compliance monitoring.
• Participate in workforce planning, onboarding, and training of new intake staff
