Project Manager – Vehicle Product Development

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional product development programs from concept through launch. This position owns project scope, schedule, budget, and risk within a structured stage-gate process , ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead new product development projects across RV, automotive, or heavy truck platforms.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, design, and quality teams to meet timelines and cost targets.
• Drive execution through all stage-gate phases : concept, feasibility, development, validation, launch, and post-launch review.
• Maintain project plans, gate reviews, and milestone tracking; secure documentation and approvals for gate transitions.
• Provide clear status, risk, and mitigation updates to leadership; prepare executive-level reports and presentations.
• Oversee projects involving interior, exterior, and electrical vehicle systems; ensure compliance with FMVSS, RVIA, and related standards.
• Support prototype builds, pilot production, and launch readiness.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and product quality.
