We are seeking an insurance defense attorney with 2 to 5 years experience to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities :

  • Represent clients in both state and federal court
  • Prepare and draft pleadings, motions and discovery
  • Negotiate settlements
  • Conduct depositions
  • Draft discovery and respond to discovery.

​​ Qualifications :

  • Experience in insurance defense
  • PA License Required; NY & NJ License a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
