User Experience Researcher

A company is looking for a User Experience Researcher who is passionate about improving internal tools through rapid, iterative testing. Key Responsibilities Design and execute rapid usability tests and concept evaluations for internal product teams Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to translate research findings into actionable improvements Conduct contextual inquiries and workflow studies with internal users involved in incident response and resolution Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience post-graduation No specific degree or certification required; diverse educational backgrounds accepted Experience running independent research studies in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to independently run end-to-end rapid research studies Experience with incident management systems, preferably ICM or similar large-scale systems
