    • ? Role Overview : Food Runner
    • As a Food Runner at Soda Club, you’ll be the pulse between the kitchen and guest experience — ensuring that every dish lands with perfection, in a timely fashion, and with a smile. You’ll move fast, think on your feet, and work as part of an ensemble that keeps our energy high and our guests thrilled.

    • ? Key Responsibilities
    • Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guest tables accurately, beautifully, and quickly

      Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and expeditors to maintain seamless flow

      Assist with bussing, clearing plates, resetting tables, polishing glassware

      Monitor side stations (silverware, linen, condiments) and restock as needed

      Maintain cleanliness and order in the run-stations, floor, and service areas

      Be attentive — anticipate needs, respond proactively

      Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards

      Support closing duties (trash, wiping down, staging)

      Assist in special events or service shifts as needed

    • ? What We’re Looking For
    • Must Have :

      1+ years of hospitality / food service / restaurant experience (fine dining or high-volume a plus)

      A sense of urgency and grace under pressure

      Strong communication skills; team player mindset

      Physical stamina (standing, walking, carrying plates)

      Detail-oriented : plating, timing, presentation matter

      Basic knowledge of food safety; willingness to learn SOPs

      Flexible availability, especially nights and weekends

      Nice to Have :

      Familiarity or curiosity with natural / organic wine

      Fluency in multiple languages
