Requirement : TSA Property Management Data & Reporting Specialist
Job Description : Forge is seeking a Consultant to support the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Government Property Management (GPM) team by providing expert data analytics and reporting, with special focus on extensive use of Excel spreadsheets, in support of property management tasks.
Key Responsibilities : Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but aren't limited to) :
Expert with data analytics using Microsoft Excel to include but not limited to : Development of Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting Utilizing Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, Average, CONCATENATE, LEN, ROUND, etc.
Charts and forecasts : Create charts and forecasts to help organize data and extract insights.
Data cleaning : Correct errors in a dataset, such as missing parts, incorrect information, or duplicates.
Familiarity with GPM processes.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Familiarity with the other applications within Microsoft 365 (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Visio, SharePoint, etc.). Required Support :
Assist the Government in the operation, data recordation, data quality verification and maintenance of the Government property management systems and review the property control systems implemented by other contractors.
Ensure that all associated data and reports are free of data discrepancies and, when required by the Government, identify process improvements to resolve issues between Sunflower Assets, STIP GPM, and OEM Databases.
Utilize sorting, analytical formulas, and graphs / charts to highlight discrepancies and trends that need to be addressed by the GPM / APO.
Report any data discrepancies to the GPA / APO along with resolutions.
Archive and maintain Government Furnished Property Files, Records and Reports in accordance with DHS / TSA-GEN-RECSMGT regulations.
Post and maintain electronic files for Government Furnished Property records.
Provide data research to support the database reconciliation project; the financial audit and any and all other special projects as determined.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
