Job Type : Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 7 : 30am - 3 : 30pm

Age Range : 8-14

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of one-year clinical experience in working with children and families.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications
• Strong documentation and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Summary

Best Point Education and Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and organized Support and Transition Coordinator to join our Day Treatment Program on the Madisonville Campus. This full-time role supports students aged 8-14 by providing direct clinical services, coordinating care transitions, managing crisis situations, and serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external community partners. The coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth intake processes, maintaining high regulatory standards, and supporting the implementation of individualized clinical and behavioral plans.
