Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, business administration, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in in corporate social responsibility, community affairs, philanthropy, or related fields.
• 5+ years of previous management experience.Job SummaryLead the charitable fund foundation, community affairs, and philanthropic initiatives, including Associate Resource Groups and the Helping Hand Fund. Define the vision for community investment, build strategic partnerships, and mobilize associates to create meaningful social impact. Champion charitable giving, fundraising, and volunteerism through scalable and sustainable programs that align with enterprise priorities and purpose.Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

Defines and executes the enterprise strategy for community affairs, including the Giving Fund, Associate Resource Groups, the Helping Hand Fund, and core philanthropic pillars.

Problems are typically defined by higher level leadership. Problems are difficult. Solutions require analysis and investigation.

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Typically requires BS / BA in a related discipline.
