Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a strong background in Salesforce Administration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and the ability to leverage this knowledge to enhance our software development processes.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.

Administer and configure Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to continuously improve our systems.

Document software designs, processes, and user guides for future reference.

Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Mandatory Skills :

Strong expertise in Salesforce Administration, including configuration, customization, and user management.

Proficient in programming languages such as Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript.

Experience with Salesforce development tools, including Salesforce DX, Workbench, and Data Loader.

Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.

Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Knowledge of integration tools such as MuleSoft or Informatica.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.

Experience in developing mobile applications on the Salesforce platform.

Certifications in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are a plus.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

7 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce Administration.

Proven track record of successful project delivery and software implementation.

Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new skills quickly.
