Oversee daily operations within the banking and financial services department, ensuring smooth processes and efficiency. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve service delivery and operational performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Director should have :

• 5+ years of experience
• Experience across fixed income, CLOS, credit, real estate, and private equity transactions
• Proven expertise in the financial services industry, particularly in banking and financial services operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to drive results and foster a collaborative environment.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within financial services.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
