Future Talent Program Internship
The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and include one or more projects. These opportunities provide great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.
We work within a "Safety First, Quality Always" mindset striving for continuous improvement. We work in a local plant connected to our global manufacturing and distribution networks. These positions are three-month intern opportunities within our Vaccines Filling / Packaging, IT Automation Engineering, Quality Control, Maintenance / Utilities Engineering, and our Supply Chain Management teams. Interns will participate in process improvement projects, which will strengthen skills in problem-solving, teamwork, collaboration, and leadership. These positions provide great personal / career development, opportunities to work on projects which positively impact business operations success, and a chance to see if our Company is the right company for their long-term career goals.
The Wilson North Carolina Site houses our North American Packaging Center of Excellence AND our Global Quality's North American Stability Hub Unit. Interns will work closely within a team of dedicated professionals who strive to understand, monitor, and improve our packaging, filling, and quality processes to ensure the world's supply. At the Wilson Site there are opportunities to support day-to-day activities and strategic projects, ensuring right-first-time and cost-effective measures, directly affecting our end-to-end supply chain management and delivery.

Salary range : The salary range for this role is $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD
