Position Overview:

We’re currently hiring an experienced and reliable HVAC Technician to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems for both residential and commercial clients. The right candidate will be detail-focused, safety-minded, and dedicated to providing outstanding service.

Key Duties:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment including air conditioning units, furnaces, ventilation systems, and heat pumps.
• Identify and resolve both mechanical and electrical problems in HVAC systems.
• Perform regular system maintenance and preventative service checks.
• Clearly communicate with customers, explaining the scope of work and offering professional recommendations when needed.
• Ensure all work meets applicable safety codes and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and document parts/materials used on the job.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical HVAC training preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on HVAC experience in either residential or commercial settings.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
