We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Mortgage Sales Manager to become a part of our team! Must have experience building and managing sales teams. This position is responsible for recruiting loan officers and managing the day-to-day sales activities of their sales team and overall origination processes within defined targeted goals. Proven history of established and documented Pipeline of Loan officers.

Certificates, Licenses, Registration : NMLS License for State requirement originate / lend.

Compensation : Base Salary, Flexible, and Aggressive Comps.

Responsibilities :

• Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
• Guide customers through the loan application process
• File loan applications and supporting documents
• Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans
