We are seeking a highly skilled MDM Architect with a strong background in healthcare data solutions to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-scale data architectures. In this role, you will focus on Master Data Management, cloud-based data integration, and microservices-driven architectures, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and security across multiple systems. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to develop innovative, high-performance solutions that support critical healthcare operations. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, cloud experience, and healthcare domain knowledge to deliver scalable, reliable, and modern data platforms in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Accountabilities
- Design and implement enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, ensuring consistency, integrity, and scalability of healthcare data.
- Develop and maintain cloud-based data architectures using GCP services, including BigQuery, Dataproc, DataFlow, CloudSQL, CloudRun, and Spanner.
- Define microservices, Pub / Sub, and API architectures (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) to support seamless data integration across platforms.
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business / product stakeholders to create innovative, high-performance data solutions.
- Implement data modeling, data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time data streaming strategies.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, including HL7, FHIR, and IBM UDMH, while addressing governance and data security requirements.
- Mentor teams and provide technical guidance on cloud and MDM best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.7+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MDM, and enterprise data integration.Proven expertise implementing MDM solutions such as Reltio, Verato, or Semarchy.Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably GCP (BigQuery, CloudSQL, Spanner, Dataproc, CloudRun).Strong knowledge of microservices, API architectures, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).Expertise in data modeling, SQL / NoSQL databases, and graph databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Neo4j).Experience with ETL / ELT pipelines (Apache Airflow, dbt) and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).Familiarity with event-driven architectures, domain-driven design (DDD), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) is preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.Healthcare domain experience is required.Benefits
