Essential Job Responsibilities

• Lead the company in building brand recognition and driving business growth.
• Manage your own patient caseload and perform procedures in an ambulatory surgical center.
• Provide oversight and guidance to the clinical department to ensure services meet accepted practice standards and comply with federal and state guidelines.
• Develop the structure and organization of the clinical staff.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels with proper training.
• Implement practice policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with staff to establish treatment plans for patients across multiple disciplines.
• Review medical histories and perform physical, neurological, and orthopedic examinations.
• Provide feedback to rehabilitation directors, physical therapists, and chiropractors regarding treatment plans and diagnoses.
• Participate in facility operations, services, trainings, and meetings.
• Review patient charts to ensure patients are receiving appropriate care and prepare necessary reports.
• Mentor medical providers by performing case studies, chart reviews, and in-service trainings.
• Review applications for new medical providers joining the practice.

Education

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school with a pain fellowship.

Experience

Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a practicing physician.

Strong background in pain management.

Other Requirements

Valid New Jersey medical license.

Current DEA certification.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
