Job Opening : Entry-Level & Mid-Level Assemblers ($20–$25 / hr)

Join a growing team in a newly renovated facility where precision and innovation meet. We’re hiring assemblers to support fiber cable production in a clean room environment.

Job Description

As an assembler, you’ll work with fiber cables and color-coded wires to build high-quality assemblies. Using blueprints or detailed work instructions, you’ll measure, cut, and place cables, apply epoxy, and ensure protective coatings are properly cured. You’ll polish and test each unit for accuracy and functionality, using tools like microscopes and projection scopes.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and place fiber cables into clips
• Follow blueprints or work instructions to connect color-coded wires
• Apply epoxy and pull wires through for coating
• Use curing devices to dry epoxy
• Polish and test assemblies for proper function
• Utilize hand tools, microscopes, and projection scopes

Work Environment

Hours : 1st shift 5 a.m. - 3 p.m. M-T with Overtime on Fridays and potential voluntary OT on Saturdays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr.
