Key Responsibilities

Develop and own AI, automation, and data strategy across the organization

Drive automation and AI adoption to enhance internal efficiency and client offerings

Design and implement secure data architecture and establish data quality standards

Required Qualifications

10+ years of progressive leadership in AI, data, or automation roles

Proven track record of building AI and data functions from the ground up

Experience delivering compliance-ready solutions in regulated sectors

Strong understanding of IT operations and service delivery

Experience with fine-tuning open-source LLMs and knowledge of prompt engineering
